With the flexible ceramic belt JS 997 in 15 mm width, remove the weld in the inner arch area.

Note:

In order not to get a contrasting grinding pattern, we recommend the use of a 15 mm narrow, flexible band, which optimally adapts to the tube contour.

For welding seams in the outer arch area, we recommend the use of 35 mm wide ceramic belt with a hard polyester backing.

Use the wide trizact band to reduce the depth roughness in the outer arch area.

For the inside bow area repeat the previous procedure with the 15 mm narrow Trizact belt.

With the nonwoven belt A-medium in 35 mm width, adjust the grinding pattern in the outer arch area.

For the inside arch area repeat the previous procedure with the 15 mm narrow non-woven belt.
