• Angle grinder Flex Inox LE
• MultiBrax MB 650 MV MultiGrinder attachment
• ceramic belt JS 997 15 x 650 mm, grit 80
• Trizact™belt 15 x 650 mm, A 160 (grit 120)
• non-woven belt GB 110 XF 15 x 650 mm, A-Medium

Step 1 to top

Remove the weld with the MultiGrinder attachment and the flexible ceramic belt JS 997.

Note:

Recommended speed: 3.500 rpm

Step 2 to top

Then use the Trizact ™ belt to reduce the depth roughness.

Note:

Recommended speed: 3.000 rpm.

Step 3 to top

Adjust the grinding pattern with the flexible nonwoven belt GB 110 XF.

Step 4 to top

Finish.
