Remove the annealed colours and the weld seam with the Inox Angle grinder, the adhesive back-up pad soft and the Trizact Velcro disc A 16 (grit 1200).

Note:

Recommended speed: ca. 2,100 rpm

Bring the high-gloss polishing paste onto the cloth polishing roller.

Polish the lid surface with cloth polishing roller and the high-gloss polishing paste.

Remove the weld seam as well as the annealed colours with the non-woven combi disc in only one work step.

Note:

Guide the device vertically in the direction of the arrow.

The angle grinder should have a 10-15° pitch to the workpiece for increasing the stock removal and the operation life of the grinding tool.

Recommended speed: ca. 3,000 rpm

Match the transitions with the velour non-woven belt.
